Your 13 sweetie! You dont have to have a serious relationship. there is plenty of time for that. If you really like this guy then go for it. Dont be worried about what other people think of you, aslong as your happy then thats all that matters, but if you feel in your heart that you are not ready for a boyfriend then there is no shame in that either
